4. Uploaded Content & Rights

Your Photos

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and generate AI wedding images for you.

Generated Images

Generated images may be used by you for personal or commercial use unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to use anonymized results for promotional or research purposes.

5. Disclaimers

AI Wedding is provided "as is". We do not guarantee perfect results or availability. Outputs may vary depending on input quality and technical limitations.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of our platform. Our maximum liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Wedding is based. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures in that jurisdiction.
